How LebJobs handles candidate, employer and visitor information.
Information collected
Account details, professional profiles, CVs, applications, company information, messages, AI conversations and feedback, moderation records and technical security data.
How information is used
To provide accounts, job discovery, applications, employer tools, notifications, security, moderation, AI assistance and service improvement.
AI processing
Local Smart mode keeps assistant processing inside LebJobs. In free-provider mode, a prompt and approved tool results may be processed by Groq or Cloudflare. A signed-in candidate must explicitly enable profile use before structured career information is supplied. Original CV files, contact details, applications, private messages and billing data are never supplied to an AI provider.
ATS resume scanner
For the free ATS scanner, a PDF or DOCX is read in the browser and the original file is not uploaded by the scanner. Extracted CV text and an optional pasted job description are sent securely to LebJobs only to calculate the requested deterministic ATS-readiness and job-match report. Scanner content is not stored as a scan record and is not sent to an external AI provider.
Candidate documents
CV files uploaded to a candidate profile or submitted with applications are protected and shared only through authorized recruitment workflows.
Retention and training
LebJobs AI conversations, feedback and usage metadata are kept for the configured retention period. LebJobs does not use candidate data to train a public or shared model. External-provider processing remains subject to the applicable provider terms and privacy policy.
Free-provider fallback
If a free provider is unavailable or reaches a quota, LebJobs automatically uses its local assistant rather than sending the request to a paid fallback.
Your choices
You may decline provider-assisted profile use, use Local Smart mode where available, or request access, correction or deletion through the Data Request page, subject to legal and security retention needs.
