Android Developer - Remote

We are looking for a great Android application developer to join our mobile team. In this role you will work closely with our Project manager and Mobile team to help us conceive and develop our customers’ applications. The ideal candidate is an excellent programmer, user-focused, and passionate about new technologies.

We are working with more than 100 startups in North-America, our team gets to work on many different projects along the year. We offer an environment where devs get to jump on new projects and explore new technologies and features (Geolocation, Bluetooth, Social features, Games, payment...)

We are using the most recent technologies in our projects. Our team loves Butterknife, EventBus, Retrofit, OkHttp3, RxJava, Dagger2, Glide. Leveraging the latest libraries and frameworks is a key component to our team growth and expertise building.

We are looking for a curious developer, follower of the Android community (Android Weekly, Google IOs fan...). Our developers are automomous and get to work on logics and UI integration. Requirements

General requirements

• 2-3 years of experience developing on the platform
• Confortable in JAVA and Kotlin (language specificities, design patterns)
• Creative with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Passion for product quality and attention to details
• Autonomy and efficiency are mandatory
• Must be a team player and effective collaborator with excellent communication skills
• Other requirements
• Understanding of mobile devices performance issues
• Experience with GIT (working in collaboration)
• Experience with custom views, animations
• Experience submitting and releasing applications to GooglePlay
• Good written and spoken English
