About the Role

Our in-house creative team is growing, and we're looking for a Graphic Designer to help us push GTO Wizard and PokerArena creative to the next level. You'll design across websites, social, email, and digital ads, always sharp, always on brand, always aimed at giving us an edge over the competition.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll pitch ideas in brainstorms, flag trends before everyone else catches on, and run with briefs under the guidance of our Senior Art Directors, working closely with our digital and social teams. You'll juggle multiple projects at once and hold your own work to a high bar, from first sketch to final export.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create standout work that lives inside our brand guidelines and gives our brands an edge

• Own the design and quality control of your projects, start to finish

• Manage several projects at once without missing deadlines or cutting corners

• Team up with AI tools like Claude, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to work faster and smarter

• Build assets, AI animation, or interactive content that actually pulls people in

• Partner closely with our Content team on social assets

• Work independently, ask the right people the right questions, and run with things when needed

• Keep an eye on design trends and new tech so our work never feels dated

What You'll Bring

• Strong chops in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

• A real love for AI tools, and you know how to actually use them

• Bonus points for After Effects or Premiere Pro (motion or video editing), not required

• A portfolio that proves you can deliver strong brand and campaign work

• Sharp visual storytelling, attention to detail, and a knack for creative problem solving

• Excellent written and spoken English. We're a global team
