That’s why we’re looking for a Head of Graphic Design (m/f/d) to lead our graphic design team and ensure that both quality and speed scale with the business.

- Lead, manage, and develop our Graphic Design team, both professionally and disciplinarily
- Own the quality and output of all graphic assets across Pammys
- Develop strong paid social creatives, social assets, campaign visuals, launch assets, and digital marketing materials
- Translate our creative direction and brand identity into scalable designs across different channels and international markets
- Develop new visual concepts, layouts, ad styles, and design formats
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to develop and iterate on high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze creative performance and turn data insights into new design approaches and testing concepts
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Creative, Head of Design, Social Media, Content Production, and UX/UI teams
- Ensure quality, speed, and consistent brand execution even at high creative volumes
- Stay on top of current graphic design, social media, fashion, AI, and advertising trends and quickly integrate relevant developments

- Several years of experience in graphic design, ideally within DTC, e-commerce, fashion, consumer brands, or a strong creative/performance agency
- Several years of experience leading and developing designers
- Outstanding understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and social/performance creatives
- Deep understanding of how design captures attention on social media
- Experience with paid social creatives and creative testing
- Understanding of relevant creative KPIs and the ability to translate performance learnings into new design approaches
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and modern AI design tools
- Strong instinct for social media, fashion, pop culture, and current design trends
- Ability to manage high creative volumes without compromising quality
- A clear point of view and the confidence to challenge and develop your team
- High quality standards combined with speed and strong execution
